My research creates Operations Research tools for data analytics and analytical decision making in engineering and business applications. More specifically, my research interests include
Methodologies: Mathematical optimization and computational methods, Machine learning and artificial intelligence, Game-theoretic modeling and analysis, Spline-based geometric modeling and approximation.
Applications: Supply chain analytics and optimization, Transportation/logistics, healthcare, human motion analysis, and finance.
I also work with industry partners to extract business insights from data, optimize strategic planning and operational processes, reduce costs and maximize throughput. I use analytic tools of Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics and Math.
